That horrid night altered our lives forever Dear Lord his life was undoubtfully wasted He wasn't thinking when he took his own life He had sat up that night pondering the universe Wondering what was next in his time on Earth I suppose he decided that he was needed in Heaven As the angel came for his soul He waved goodbye to his lifeless body Now everyone watches as the herse drives away We all know his life was wasted We all cry our tears But as time went on nobody forgot about him nobody including me I still remember him And every morning I hear his voice He tells me that his life was not wasted And every day that someone else remembers him He will get his wings Do you remember him?
